Celebrate World Book Night with Dame Jame

GRASS is thrilled to let you know that our application to receive books for the World Book Night 2021 giveaway has been successful! We’ll be joining hundreds of other organisations, including libraries, prisons, schools, hospitals, homeless shelters and many more in distributing free books and inspiring people to enjoy reading in Cliftonville West.

World Book Night is the annual celebration of books and reading that takes place on 23rd April. We will be celebrating World Book Night with live streamed inclusive children’s stories read by Margate’s favourite drag queen Dame Jame from Drag Kween Story Time live on our socials at 4pm on 23rd April.
